Instructions for the students:-
  1. Last date for online registration is 5th February, 2020. Please register below 
  2. ‘Online Registration for 33rd Convocation. 
  3. Note: The 33 rd Convocation is likely to be held on 17th February, 2020.
  4. (Keep visiting website regularly for any information updates).
  5. Students completed their Programmes in December-2018/ June-2019 
  6. Term-End Examinations are eligible for award of original Certificate at this Convocation.
  7. Eligible students are required to register themselves for obtaining the degree/diploma 
  8. certificate and pay the requisite fee of Rs.600/- per certificate through On-line
  9. mode only.They shall have to attend the Convocation and collect  the certificate at
  10. his/her Regional Centre where the student belongs to, and not at any other 
  11. Regional Centre.In case, Convocation is not held at the Regional Centre where the 
  12. student belongs to, he/she shall have to attend the Convocation at other nearby 
  13. Regional Centre which may be mostly in the same state.
  14. In case, students are not invited to attend the Convocation or could not attend the 
  15. Convocation even after submission of the requisite fee, their certificates will be sent
  16.  by post by the concerned Regional Centre, The degree/diploma certificates will be sent 
  17. by the concernedRegional Centre, after the convocation is over. Such students should 
  18. therefore contact their concerned Regional Centre, where he/she belongs to.Similarly
  19. the students who have not paid the Convocation Registration Fee shall have to contact
  20.  the concerned Regional Centre and collect the degree 
  21. certificate on paying the fee of Rs.600/- per certificate.

For admission in M.Sc (Mathematics with Applications in Computer Science) please refer to the Common Prospectus for January 2020 and submit your application at the Regional Centre

Instruction to Fill Application Form Online

  1. If you are a first time applicant you are advised to click the available programme tab on the homepage of the Online Admission System and select the desired programme and carefully read the details of programme including eligibility criteria, fee details, duration, etc.
  2. You are also requested to download the Prospectus Jan 2020 and read carefully the Rules of the University (Section 06) as mentioned in the common prospectus. You may also read sections 1, 7, 8, 9, 12 and 13.
    1. Click on the button NEW REGISTRATION that appears in the applicant login area and fill the required registration details.
    2. Remember, while choosing your UserName it must be between 8 to 16 characters.
    3. While choosing your password it must be alphanumeric and between 8 to 16 characters long.
    4. After filling the mandatory information click the "SUBMIT" button.
    5. Your username will be instantly sent to you via e-mail and SMS.
  3. Remember your Username and Password for subsequent login.
  4. If you have already registered i.e you are an existing user click the "LOGIN" button.
  5. Before proceeding for filling the form online the applicant must have the following:-
    1. Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB)
    2. Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB)
    3. Scanned copy of Age Proof (less than 200 KB)
    4. Scanned copy of relevant Educational Qualification (less than 200 KB)
    5. Scanned Copy of Experience Certificate (if any) (less than 200 KB)
    6. Scanned Copy of Category Certificate, if SC/ST/OBC (less than 200 KB)
    7. Scanned Copy of BPL Certificate, if Below Poverty Line(less than 200 KB)
  6. Fee can be paid by following methods:

    • Debit Card (Master/Visa/Rupay)
